1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an experience with FanHoppers ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Service Description

FanHoppers provides matchday football experiences consisting of guided walks, cultural briefings, food and beverage service, and local supporter integration. Our services do not include:

• Stadium entrance tickets (unless explicitly purchased as an add-on)
• Transport to/from the meeting point
• Post-match activities
• Travel insurance

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners. A booking is confirmed only when full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the price at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• More than 14 days before experience: 100% refund
• 7-14 days before experience: 75% refund
• Less than 7 days before experience: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by FanHoppers

We reserve the right to cancel an experience if:

• The football match is cancelled or postponed
• Minimum group size is not met (4 participants)
• Safety concerns arise
• Force majeure events occur

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 No-Shows

Failure to appear at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time results in forfeiture of your booking with no refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 10 years old. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5.2 Behavior Expectations

Participants must:

• Follow the Ambassador's instructions at all times
• Respect local supporter culture and customs
• Not photograph or film ultras, political symbols, or chants without explicit permission
• Refrain from provocative behavior, violence, or discrimination
• Not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

5.3 Termination for Misconduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Violates these terms
• Endangers themselves or others
• Behaves disrespectfully toward Ambassadors, staff, or other participants

Removed participants receive no refund.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Medical Conditions

Participants with medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

6.2 Physical Requirements

Experiences involve walking approximately 3.5km over 50 minutes. Participants should have a moderate fitness level.

6.3 Insurance

We strongly recommend participants obtain travel and health insurance. FanHoppers is not liable for medical expenses, injuries, or accidents during the experience.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanHoppers is not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, civil unrest, etc.)
• Actions of third parties (stadium authorities, police, other supporters)

7.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the booked experience.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that attending football matches and associated activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd dynamics, noise, and passionate supporter behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FanHoppers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Participants may not:

• Use our brand name, logo, or content without written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell materials provided during the experience (e.g., "12th Kit" handouts)

9. Photography and Media

By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the experience. These images may be used for marketing purposes by FanHoppers. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your Ambassador at the start of the experience.

10. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). By booking, you consent to our use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Government restrictions or public health emergencies
• Match cancellations or postponements by football authorities

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
